LOVE THY NEIGHBOR is a recidivism program that focuses on rehabilitating and restoring economic value to low level and nonviolent offenders who are in the process of reentry, by  providing resources such as transitional housing, mental health services, skilled training and certifications, accountability management assessment, and community service through rebuilding projects in order to enrich their quality of life.

More importantly, the assessment allows members to develop individual goals for measurable success plans through the self-assessment, called "GPS" (Goals-Progress-Solutions).
