Address the gun violence in our neighborhoods by providing job opportunities to those individuals most at risk to street group and gun violence, provide those desiring to leave the street groups as well as ex-felons with job opportunities by putting them to work revitalizing the communities they have contributed to tearing down. 

One Vision, Incorporated with:

• "Good Feet (go Places)", is a quality proven initiative centered around youth with incarcerated or reentered parents. "Good Feet (go Places)" utilizes sports backed by a strong focus on GPA and education as a draw to engage youth, keep them focused on education and incentivize learning as a powerful deterrent to gun/gang violence and bullying. "Good Feet (go Places)" cultivates our youth by teaching them the game of basketball. Through our AAU team RJM (Reinventing Juvenile Mindsets) our students not only learn the fundamentals of the game, but they learn critical thinking (conflict resolution), structure, discipline and team work. We expose our you to other possibilities for a positive future and incentivize them through educational trips and travel. We build leaders for life in the classroom as well as on the court.
• "Love Thy Neighbor" is a felony reentry program structured around adults recently reintroduced. We believe in the "power of person" and providing tools to help the family thrive and be whole. 

One Vision, Incorporated is dedicated to restoring the individual and family. We provide financial literacy, drug testing, mental health counseling, to reinforce the home and strengthen the community.

Our goal is to provide resources and to utilize instrumental tools that enrich low level and nonviolent offenders into a conversion program that rehabilitates the person and restores economic value. We desire to implement services, and development programs that relate on their level according to their interests and needs to connect them with a focus and purpose that adds value to help empower growth which makes the individual equipped and more self-sufficient to help themselves and others in the community.
